Physical Verification of Documents for UG Standalone Admission 2025

In accordance with the Government notification [Memo No. 710-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14, dated 25.09.2025] issued by the Higher Education Department, Government of West Bengal, the subsequent phases of UG admission have been conducted by colleges in stand-alone mode.

All candidates admitted to various UG programs/courses (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.), under both Unreserved (UR) and Reserved categories, through the stand-alone admission process are hereby informed that their physical verification of documents will be held as per the following schedule:

• Date: 29th October 2025
• Time: 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Venue: Alapan (College Auditorium)

Note: Candidates are requested to attend either in person or through their authorised representatives at the Institute/College at the time of final admission, failing which their candidature is liable to be cancelled.

Documents Required for Verification of Provisional Admission:

• Two Copies of the Online Application Form (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the UG Admission Portal)
• Two Copies of the Receipt of Successful Online Payment (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the UG Admission Portal)
• Class 10 & 10+2 Marksheets and Certificates (Self-Attested)
• Age Proof (Self-Attested)
• SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS Certificate if applicable (Self-Attested)
• Identity Proof Document (Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Card) preferably the one uploaded on the Centralized UG Admission Portal (Self-Attested)
• Anti-ragging Affidavit (will be provided by the college)
