Public Disclosure of Scores and Other Details of Non-Recommended Willing Candidates.
Keeping in view the decision of the Government on making available publicly scores of candidates in recruitment examinations through portals with a view to providing a useful database to other employers to enable them to identify good employable candidates, the Commission has decided to disclose the following information in respect of the candidates who appeared in the final stage of Examination but not recommended, arranged in Roll Number order through its own website, which may further be linked with the dedicated website to be developed by the Government:
- Name of candidate.
- Father/Husband’s name
- Date of Birth
- Category (Gen/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH/Minority)
- Gender of the candidate.
- Educational Qualifications
- Total Marks obtained in the qualifying examination
- Ranking by which the merit is decided.
- Complete address
- E-mail address
2. The Commission has further decided that:

(a) The candidate will have the option, at the time of filling up of his/her application form,
from opting out of disclosing the above details publicly.

(b) Information of such non recommended candidates, who subscribe to the Disclosure Scheme,
shall be hosted on the Commission’s Website after declaration of final result.

(c) Disclosed information shall be valid for 1 year from the date of disclosure.

(d) Selection Posts Examinations will not be covered by this Disclosure Scheme.

This Disclosure Scheme shall take effect from the result declared by the Commission in Nov-2024 onwards.

It has been decided to make public the details having Personal Details, Marks, Rank etc. of the non recommended
candidates only up to two times the number of vacancies notified for any examination. These non recommended
candidates may be considered for their appointment by the User Agencies i.e. PSUs, Autonomous Bodies etc.

Further the candidates are advised to keep their application forms and other requisite documents of examination
for a period of 03 years for their future in terms of probable consideration of their candidature by other agencies
in accordance with the directions issued by DOPT vide its O.M. No.39020/1/2016- Estt. (B) dated 21.06.2016.
6. DISCLAIMER:
Besides sharing of the information of non-recommended candidates for the examinations conducted by the Commission,
the responsibility lies on the user agencies to check/ verify the details furnished by the candidates in their
applications while picking up candidates not recommended by the Commission and that the Commission will not be
responsible in any manner about the details furnished by the candidates in their applications.
