Heads of Departments/Director/Coordinators of all the Traditional and Self- Financing/Vocational Courses are hereby requested to collect applications from the FYUGP Semester-IV students [Session: 2023-2027] of their respective Departments whose result status of Semester-II was "NOT-PROMOTED", and all such students were permitted to appear for the Semester-III End-Semester Examination through special permission from the under-signed.
All the applications of such students must be duly attested by the respective Heads/ Coordinators and needs to be submitted to the Examination Deparment on or before 20 January, 2026 mentioning the following details along with the required documents:
1. Copy of the result of Semester-Iand II.
2. Name of MVC Paper-> Please Note that MVC Subject to be opted by the student in Sem-IV will be the same as opted by the student in Sem-II, AEC Paper to be opted by the student in Sem-IV will be the same as opted by the student in Sem-III and VAC Paper opted by the student in Semester-IV.
3. Complete details of Papers in which the student had failed in SEM-I and SEM -II respectively and whether or not he/she had appeared for the Re-Examination during the End-Semester Examination conducted for the Session: 2024-28.
All the Departments are hereby requested to ensure timely submission of the applications for the smoother processing of the results of all such students.
