Notice for Ph.D Entrance Notification 2025
In pursuance of Circular No. 2024/UOL/DRS/15 dated: 18.06.2025 and subsequent Notice No. 2024/UOL/DRS/16 dated: 21.07.2025, it is hereby notified for the information of all the applicants that the University of Ladakh Ph.D. Entrance Examination Session 2025-26 shall be held on 6th August 2025 as per enclosed date sheet Annexure- 'A' with this notification.
Applicants are instructed to submit the Entrance Examination fees through in- person bank deposit in the account mention below latest by 2nd August 2025 failing which the candidature shall be cancelled. The bank receipt of the payment shall be required to be produced during the examination along with the admit card.

Venue: Science Block, University of Ladakh, Tau Campus Leh.

Any Electronic Gadget or Mobile Phone is strictly not allowed at the Center. So don't bring it along.

The candidate should be seated in the designated examination hall & seat 10 minutes prior to commencement of the examinations.

No TA/DA Shall be paid

The University has running canteen with paid breakfast & lunch facility and shall be functional on the day.

The UOL Bus Service Operates from Polo-Ground Leh at 8:30AM and reaches University Campus Taru Thang Via Petrol-Pump (Skyatsags), Skalzangling, Ugling, Spituk to Campus. The applicants can avail free-of-charge travel on producing of the admit card for the day but shall be limited to self and not will not include any family member or friend.

The bus service also operates from Choglamsar Zampa at 8:30AM and reaches University Campus Taru Thang via Solar Colony, Saboo thang, Housing Colony, Petrol-Pump (Skyatsags), Skalzangling to Campus.

Applicant traveling with friend or family should make their own arrangements for conveyance to the campus and back.

There shall be no boarding & lodging arrangement for the outstation applicant.
