Instructions for First Year End Semester Examination 2025-26

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS FOR FIRST YEAR END SEMESTER EXAMINATION 2025-26

Students must bring their identity card and/or registration card /any other identity proof to the examination hall and should show it when asked by the invigilator
All must arrive before the commencement of exam. No candidates are allowed to write the examination coming after 30 minutes of the commencement of examination.
The seating plan for each sitting will be displayed near the University entrance half an hour before the examination timing. All must occupy their allotted seat as per the hall seating plan available with the invigilators.
Candidates are not allowed to take with them any unauthorized material, including book, hand written manuscripts, notes etc. (except the datasheets and other design books etc. which is permitted) and are liable to be booked on malpractice case. Students are discouraged to bring their bags near to the examination hall
Students should make sure that they do not possess electronic device (such as mobile phone, smart watch, blue tooth, micro-scanner, micro-phone, micro-camera, micro-speaker, memory based modules, wi-fi enable modules, programmable calculator, etc.), etc. to the examination hall. These will be treated as unauthorized materials. The exam will be cancelled for students possessing such gadgets and will be debarred from the examination hall. So, students are discouraged to bring their mobile phones and other electronic gadgets near to the examination hall. Use of mobile phone in toilet is also strictly restricted.
Normally, students are required to answer questions using blue or black ink. Make sure all bring some spare pens with you. Exchange of any materials including calculators, mathematical instruments etc., is strictly prohibited.
All should obey the instructions given by the invigilators and should not behave in a rude or disobedient manner
All are advised not to write anything on the question paper.
You are not allowed to leave the exam rooms in the first hour and last 30 minutes (temporary absence).
Keep your eyes on your own paper. Do not look others answer. Remember, copying is cheating and it’s punishable.
