| 1. Publication of name in the provisional merit cum waiting list
II does not guarantee admission, which is subject to physical verification of
all information stated in electronically submitted application form, payment
of online application fee and availability of seats. For such verification applicants must bring all the
original testimonials as stated in Admission Notice dt. 02/06/2012 and also
on 23/06/2012. 2. No. of seats available 02. 3. Physically challenged candidates must produce the Original Medical Certificate issued by a Doctor of any recognized Government hospital and the percentage of disability must be stated clearly in such certificate. 4. Reporting time of the listed candidates is 11:30 A.M. i.e., half an hour before the schedule starting time of admission (12:00 Noon) on 04/07/2012, which must strictly be adhered to. 5. All aplicants are to carefully note that for validation of electronically submitted application payment of Online Application Fee is must. Those who have not paid the Online Application Fee are not entitled to admission. 6. Any case of non-inclusion of name of any deserving applicant in the list must be reported on 03/07/2012. 7. If any listed Apllicant fails to report on schedule date and time he / she will not get any further chance of admission (refer to important point no. 3 of Admission Notice dt. 23/06/2012) |
