UG Document Verification Notice 2025

All the newly admitted students of U.G. Semester-I, (2025–26) of Barasat Govt College are directed to be present physically for verification of documents uploaded during the Online Application for admission as per following schedule positively.

List of Documents (in original and 3 sets of self-attested photocopies)

to be submitted during Admission Verification processes are as follows:

• Online Application Form
• Online Admission Certificate (Given by WBCAP)
• Online Admission Fee Payment Receipt
• Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as a proof of Date of Birth
• Mark sheet of Secondary (10) Examination
• Mark sheet of Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)
• EWS Certificate (if applicable; Annexure-C, vide, 325-PAR(AR)3P-1/2019 dt. 09.07.2019)
• AADHAR Card and ABC ID documents
• Migration certificate (if applicable)
• School Leaving Certificate (the department will keep the certificates of the students in a file)
• Anti-ragging declaration form duly signed by the candidate and the guardian.
