UG SEM-I ADMISSION VERIFICATION FOR UPGRADE ROUND, 2025-26

All newly admitted U.G. Semester-I students (Session 2025–26) of Barasat Government College, admitted through the upgrade round (31 August – 03 September 2025), are hereby directed to be physically present for verification of documents uploaded during the Online Application process, as per the schedule given below.

List of Documents (in original and 3 sets of self-attested photocopies) to be submitted during Admission Verification processes are as follows:-

Online Admission Certificate (Given by WBCAP)
Online Admission Fee Payment Receipt
Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as a proof of Date of Birth
Mark sheet of Secondary (10) Examination
Mark sheet of Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
PWD Certificate (if applicable)
EWS Certificate (if applicable; Annexure-C, vide, 325-PAR(AR)3P-1/2019 dt. 09.07.2019)
AADHAR Card and ABC ID documents
Migration certificate (if applicable)
School Leaving Certificate (the department will keep the certificates of the students in a file)
Anti-ragging declaration form duly signed by the candidate and the guardian (Original)
