UG Sem-I Admission Verification for Standalone Round 2025

All newly admitted U.G. Semester-I students (Session 2025–26) of Barasat Government College, admitted through the College Portal (15 – 22 October 2025), are hereby directed to be physically present for verification of documents uploaded during the Online Application process, as per the schedule given below.

(in original and 3 sets of self-attested photocopies) to be submitted during Admission Verification processes are as follows:

Online Admission Fee Payment Receipt
Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as a proof of Date of Birth
Mark sheet of Secondary (10) Examination
Mark sheet of Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
PWD Certificate (if applicable)
EWS Certificate (if applicable; Annexure-C, vide, 325-PAR(AR)3P-1/2019 dt. 09.07.2019)
AADHAR Card and ABC ID documents
Migration Certificate (if applicable)
School Leaving Certificate (the department will keep the certificates of the students in a file)
Anti-ragging declaration form duly signed by the candidate and the guardian (Original)

The students must be present in the venue/classroom within 11:30 am as per the following schedule.
