All students who have not yet completed the document verification process for admission to the UG Course for the academic year 2025–26 are hereby directed to report on July 25, 2025 (Friday), between 10:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m., along with all necessary documents. The venue for the verification is the Department of Chemistry, Bankura Christian College.

No requests for document verification would be entertained on any other date.

Documents to be carried by the students in the following order (both original and 1 set of Photocopies except for 1, 2 & 11):

2. Online Payment Receipt(s) for registration(s) and admission(s)
3. *Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination
4. *Marksheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination
5. *Registration Certificate of H.S. or equivalent examination
6. *Marksheet of H.S. or equivalent examination
7. *School Leaving Certificate of H.S. or equivalent examination (Students are asked to refrain from submitting original School Leaving Certificate)
8. *EWS/SC/ST/OBC/PwD Certificate issued by SDO, if any
9. *AADHAR Card
10. Income Certificate issued by employer/BDO
11. Admit Card of BCCAT-2025 (if applicable)
12. ABC ID
13. Anti-ragging (I & II)
