Third notice for physical verification of documents - 1st Phase (Upgradation round) for UG Semester-I Admission, 2025

List of documents to be brought during verification process:

• Printed copy of application form for centralized admission: 2 copies.
• Printed copy of portal generated provisional admission certificate: 2 copies.
• Passport size colour photograph of the candidate: 2 copies.
• Previous CU registration certificate (if applicable).
• Original and self-attested documents of:
  • Proof of date of birth (as uploaded in the portal)
  • AADHAR card
  • Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) id (if available)
  • Marksheet of class-XII examination
  • SC / ST / OBC certificate (if applicable)
  • EWS certificate (if applicable)
  • PWD certificate (if applicable)
  • Migration certificate (for boards other than WBCHSE / CBSE / ICSE)
