Extension of Dates of Counselling for first merit list for PG Regular Admission 2025 till 22.08.2025 and edit option for correction in admission form

Due to errors from UMIS agency-BIC11, the following decisions have been authorized:

1. For Undergraduate Programs, Session 2025-27, the first merit list was published for admission. In this list, the names of candidates under BJC and MJC/CC/Honours have been incorrectly entered. If these students, based on their marks, meet the cutoff and eligibility criteria, their admission will be approved under the first merit list itself. Such merit list discrepancies will not affect their admission.
2. Many candidates have reported that the name mentioned in their original application form is different from what appears in the merit list. Some names are misprinted, university names are incorrect, or missing from the merit list. In such cases, the published merit list will be considered flawed, and students will be given one opportunity to make corrections (such as name, school, subject, mobile number, email, etc.) through the CDLT link.
3. Candidates who were excluded from the first merit list despite being eligible as per criteria will be allowed to upload revised documents. These documents will be reviewed and forwarded as per University Circular No. Adm/1151 dated 14.08.2025.
4. For course corrections, the CDLT link will remain active on 23rd, 24th, and 25th August 2025.
5. The second merit list will be published on 30th August 2025. All directives will follow University Circular No. Adm/1151 dated 14.08.2025.
