The lists of provisionally selected candidates and waitlisted candidates for admission to Ph.D. programme for the session 2025-2026 (Even Cycle) are given below. For taking admission, the selected candidates are required to pay Rs. 2,000/- + applicable Bank charges online through SBI collect portal (https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm) which will be available from 13th February, 2026 to 19th February, 2026 (till 4 pm). The selected candidates are also required to complete the online admission process through http://14.139.217.88/ after Payment of the fees.

Login into the portal.

“Online Admission Portal” link will be available under the selected course. Click “Online Admission Portal” to proceed and complete the admission procedure. Upload photo and signature in the specified size only. The submitted information and photo will be used for generation of official documents like ID Card, Enrolment Certificate.
Document Verification:
All provisionally admitted candidates are required to report at the office of the undersigned (3rd floor, G+IV new building, College Street campus) for completing the Ph.D. enrolment process on 25th February, 2026 or 26th February, 2026 at 11 am. Date of commencement of classes will be intimated by the concerned department / school / Institute. Provisional Admission will liable to be cancelled if any candidate fails to report for document verifiction.
Candidates are required to carry one passport size recent photograph along with the following documents in original with one set of photocopies at the time of reporting.

Income Certificate of Parents: The income certificate issued by BDO, SDO or any Group A Government officer or Income Certificate/ Pay slip from the Employer or latest ITR.
The provisional selection will be cancelled if any candidate fails to admit himself/herself as per given schedule. Provisional admission will be cancelled if any candidate failed to produce proper documents in support of his/her selection. A release letter from the present employer will be required at the time of reporting for the candidates who are in service and going to pursue the PhD programme as Junior Research Fellow.
Migration Certificate will be required for the other university candidates at the time of reporting.
