Provisionally selected candidates for Admission to MA Journalism and Mass Communication 2025

This is to notify that the following candidates have been provisionally selected for admission to MA in Journalism & Mass Communication course 2025-26 session.

Guidelines for verification and admission process:

The Admission is provisional and subject to cancellation on the failure to produce UG final semester mark sheet/consolidated mark sheet.
Verification of original documents for the provisionally selected candidates will be done from 28th July to 4th August 2025 from 10 AM to 5 PM in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, NEHU.
The candidates are to bring the following original documents and a set of photocopies of the same for verification:
Class 10 mark sheet and certificate.
Class 10 mark sheet and certificate.
UG Degree mark sheet and certificate (All semesters/ all years) along with the conversion table of grade point to percentage.
CUET Score Sheet.
Birth certificate.
SC/ST certificate.
PRC certificate (where applicable).
Educationally backward areas, NSS, Sports, Valid EWS certificate, NEHU Ward and other relevant certificates wherever applicable to support claims.
The candidates who fail to show all the related documents at the time of verification will not be considered.
Further instructions will be given to the candidates at the time of verification.
Failure to complete the verification and admission process on time will result in the forfeiture of the admission offer and the waiting list candidates will be considered for the vacant seats.
Upon successful verification of the certificates, the candidates are instructed to pay their fees within three days from the date of verification
