Schedule for Physical Document Verification 2025 (Standalone Mode)

All candidates of B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com. who have taken admission or will take admission by 04.11.2024 through stand-alone mode are asked to come for physical document verification on the date and time given below.

NB: ***All concerned are requested to strictly adhere to the above schedule.***

Documents Required:

All admitted candidates are hereby informed that the following original documents must be produced during the physical verification of documents, along with the specified number of photocopies:

1. Provisional Admission Confirmation Certificate (Colour print on A4 bond paper)
2. Application form (Colour print on A4 bond paper)
3. Class X / Madhyamik Admit Card – 1 photocopy
4. Class XII Marksheet – 1 photocopy
5. Class X / Madhyamik Marksheet – 1 photocopy
6. Category Certificate (if applicable) – 1 photocopy
7. PWD Certificate (if applicable) – 1 photocopy
8. Identity Proof (Aadhar / Driving Licence / Passport) – 1 photocopy
9. Two recent colour passport-size photographs
