Notice for Documents Verification on 1st August 2025

The 1st Year students who have secured admission into Loreto College will need to be present on August 1, 2025 (Reporting Time – 8:45 AM) in the Concert Hall (Ground Floor). Rooms G4, G5, G7, G8 and G9 (for parents).

9.00 a.m. onwards:-
Four Year CCF - Economics, Education, English, Geography, History, Political Science, Psychology & MDC (Three Year Multidisciplinary Course).

Regular classes will commence on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

Local Guardian Form
(To be submitted in Hard Copy (one) by all Outstation students of Semester 1 students at the time of Verification on August 1,2025)

Documents to be brought on verification date

1. Filled in Application Form with the following ORIGINAL documents as well as PHOTOCOPY of all documents:
2. Compulsory for All Students
   • Class X Admit Card
   • Class X Mark Sheet
   • Class XII Mark Sheet
3. Compulsory for Christian Students
   • Baptism Certificate
   • Parish Priest's Reference Letter
4. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
5. Compulsory for Differently-abled candidates
   • Disability Certificate
6. Print-out of the Local Guardian Form (for outstation candidates only form available on the website)
