Physical Verification of documents for newly admitted students 2025

It is hereby notified that the physical verification of documents for newly admitted students in Umeschandra College-MAIN CAMPUS and Umeschandra College-EXTENDED CAMPUS through Standalone Admission Portal (session 2025-26) will be conducted on 14/11/2025 and 17/11/2025.

For document verification, admitted students must report to Umeschandra College-MAIN CAMPUS, 13 Surya Sen Street, Kolkata-700012 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM at the IT Lab of the college.

Students must be physically present at the time of verification along with documents. If any student fails to report due to some valid reason, his/her guardian must report to the Convener of the Admission Committee with an authorization letter from the student.

If any student or his/her guardian fails to report on the due date of verification, his/her admission will be cancelled without any intimation.

Documents required for Verification

• A color printout of Provisional Admission Form downloaded from admission portal
• Original age proof (Class X admit card or certificate) and a self-attested photocopy of that certificate
• Original 10+2 marks sheet and a self-attested photocopy of that marks sheet
• Original SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS certificate (if applicable) and a self-attested photocopy of that certificate
• Original photo identity proof (such as AADHAR/PAN/Ration Card etc.) and a self-attested photocopy of that certificate
• Original Migration certificate for students other than WBCHSE/CBSE/ICSE
• A printout of payment receipt

The students are advised to follow the admission notice section on the college website for updated notifications.
