Online applications are invited from those who have passed their Higher Secondary examinations or its equivalent (10+2) in the current year (2025) or the year preceding it (2024) for admission to the following undergraduate courses for the academic session 2025-2026.

    • The submission of online application forms for admission starts on 07.05.2025.
    • The last date for the submission of online application forms is 27.05.2025.
    • Application fees: INR 100/- for one Major subject, and INR 50/- for each additional Major subject.

    *Subject to the fulfilment of physical fitness test which will be held at the college campus after the publication of the final merit list.

    Category-wise intake capacity for both Single- and Double-Major subjects are available on the admission portal.

  • Requirements for the completion of the UG admission process for the 2025-2026 academic year :-
    • Candidates are required to produce all original certificates, mark sheets and testimonials for verification.
    • One set of printed application forms (submitted online) duly signed by applicant and his/her guardian should be available for submission.
    • Self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate from competent authority / AdmitCard/ Certificate of Madhyamik / H.S. or its equivalent should be available for submission as evidence of the candidate's date of birth.
    • Two sets of self-attested photocopies of all testimonials from Madhyamik (Class X) to Higher Secondary (10+2) levels should be available for submission.
    • Two sets of recent passport-size photographs of the candidate should be available for submission.
    • Self-attested photocopy of the SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ EWS (Issued only by SDO) / Persons with Disability (PWD) certificate issued by the appropriate authority, if any such quota is claimed by the candidate, should be available for submission.

      The OBC-A I OBC-B candidates belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) are only eligible for consideration as reserved candidates. OBC-A / OBC-B candidates must upload an updated NCL certificate during fees payment for admission and must produce at the time of document verification for admission.
    • Original school-leaving certificate should be available for submission.
    • Online generated copies of application and admission fees receipts should be available for submission.
  • Verification of Original Testimonials :-
    • Verification of documents: To be announced later.
    • Date of verification of all testimonials: To be notified in the college website.
    • All admissions are provisional and will be cancelled if the documents are found not to conform with the declaration in the forms submitted online. All the documents mentioned in item E must be produced during the verification.
    • All the admissions are purely provisional and the college authority may cancel the admitted candidate at any time and in any level of the programme if she/he has submitted a false document.
  • Other Important Information for Admission :-
    • Selection for admission to different courses will be done according to merit basis.
    • Candidates selected for admission to a particular subject and empanelled in a selection list, must pay the requisite admission fees within the stipulated date and time.
    • Payment can only be made online. Candidates willing to take admission, have to log in to their admission accounts in the website and pay the requisite admission fees online.
    • Candidates also have to collect fee payment receipt (automatically generated after successful online payment). This must be produced when the original documents are being verified for the provisional admission of the candidate.
    • Candidates once admitted into Microbiology, Biotechnology, Computer Science, BCA and Economics, will not be considered for admission to other subjects in subsequent selection lists, if any.
    • For other subjects, if a candidate is selected in a subsequent selection list for a different subject according to merit, she/he may take admission to that subject. However, his/her previous admission will automatically be cancelled. The fees that the candidate has paid for the previous admission cannot be adjusted at the time of the fresh admission.
    • The verification of the original documents and application form (printed at the time of the online application or after the publication of the final merit list) will be conducted at the departments and I or at the college office within the stipulated date and time as mentioned in the item F. If the candidate does not appear for the verification, her/ his provisional admission will automatically be cancelled. If any irregularity/ mismatch is found during the verification of the original documents or in any stage thereafter, the provisional admission extended to the candidate will automatically be cancelled.
    • The admission process will only be deemed complete after the verification of the original documents, the application form generated at the time of the online application, and of the autogenerated mone)' receipts for the payment of the application and the admission fees.
    • The selection of the Minor Course (MIC) will be done according to merit basis at the time of the verification of the candidate's documents or after the completion of the admission process.
    • The names of the students who fail to attend 75% of the total number of classes held within first Seven teaching days, will be deleted from the admission register.
    • Data pertaining to the subject-wise admission fees will be available on the college website.
  • Commencement of Classes and Institutional Registration :-

    The date for the commencement of the classes of the UG Semester - I for the academic year 2025-2026: As per college notification.

    The students must follow the college rules and regulations. Their institutional registration will start shortly after the completion of all admission process. The student's possession of an Academic Bank Credit (ABC) ID is mandatory for the registration process.

    There is no need for the candidate to be physically present at the college campus for admission prior to the commencement of classes. All admission offers extended to candidates are provisional, and the college authority has the right to cancel admission for wrong information, suppression of facts, or any other reason.
