Admission Offers for PhD Programmes and Merit Lists of PhD Programmes 2025

The Merit List of the SAU Admissions 2025, through Entrance Test Mode, for various PhD programmes has been finalized. The following candidates (in Order of Merit) are being offered admission to the respective programmes. The candidates are required to pay the requisite fee and upload the details latest by 1st July 2025 (23:59 IST). The fee payment link and other guidelines shall be shared with all the concerned candidates via their registered Email IDs on 24 th June 2025.

Candidates must ensure that they meet the required eligibility criteria for their respective programmes as announced on the admission website of SAU. Admission offers are provisional, subject to documents verification and eligibility compliance at the time of physical registration at SAU campus tentatively scheduled in the fourth week of July 2025.

*Candidates from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan are not required to pay any fee at this stage. They must only accept the offer through the form which will be shared with them through email. Fee payment will be required at the time of physical registration at SAU campus.

** Candidates on the waitlist who have qualified or qualify for JRF, any other fellowship, or secure external/ Self funding may contact the University. Their candidature may be considered under the Direct Mode, subject to the availability of seats at that time. This shall remain applicable until the end of the academic session 2025–26, i.e., 25th May 2026.
