It is hereby notified for the information of all candidates who have appeared in CUET(UG)-2025, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), that the admission process for the following UG programmes offered by Central University of South Bihar shall commence from 14/07/2025.

Candidates, desirous to take admission in any of the above mentioned programmes offered by Central University of South Bihar for Academic Year 2025-26, shall have to register themselves on CUSB SAMARTH Portal through the link https://cusbcuet.samarth.edu.in by paying the registration fee (non-refundable) amounting to Rs. 500/- for Gen/OBC/EWS and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/PwD for each programme from 14/07/2025 to 21/07/2025.
Programme-wise cut-off marks for the 1st Round of Admission will be announced on 24/07/2025 for all the seats (Annexure-1). Eligible candidates who have registered themselves and have secured minimum cut-off marks announced for 1st Round of admission for respective programmes shall be required to deposit the programme fee as per prescribed fee structure (Annexure-2) through payment link https://cusbcuet.samarth.edu.in within the prescribed date in order to secure the seat.
However, paying the programme fee shall not guarantee the provisional admission in a programme. Provisional admission will be granted strictly in order of merit and subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
Candidates should ensure before registration that they have appeared in CUET (UG) 2025 entrance test in the Subject(s) specified for a particular programme of studies.
For details regarding CUET (UG) Subject applicable to specific programmes, candidates are advised to refer to Annexure-1.
It is to be noted that only those candidates can deposit the programme fee who have registered themselves for admission by paying registration fee as mentioned above within the stipulated timeline and uploaded all the requisite documents (as per Annexure-3).

Vacancy arising after the 1st Round of Admission due to cancellation by admitted candidates shall be filled from the waitlisted candidates, if available. In case no eligible candidates remain on the waitlist, the University may, at its discretion, conduct subsequent round(s) of admission to fill the vacant seats, if deemed necessary. The decision to conduct further rounds of admission shall rest solely with the University.

The university reserves the right to cancel the provisional admission granted to any student at a later date, if any discrepancy is found in her/his candidature.
