This is to inform all concerned that the following schedule will be followed for the newly admitted students Gauhati University Campus.

• Central Induction Programme for FYIMP Students : 4 August, 2025
minary Classes for FYIMP Students : 5 to 14 August, 2025
• Document verification foi>2. Ir FYIMP students : On the first day of the Class in respective Departments
• PG Admissions (Traditional Programmes) : 5 August, 2025
• PG Admissions (Interdisciplinary Programmes) : 7 August, 2025
• Central Induction Programme for PG Students : 8 August, 2025
• Induction and Preliminary Classes for PG Students : 11 to 14 August, 2025

Further, all classes for all other students will begin from 1 August, 2025.

All existing Hostels will be opened from the evening of 31 July, 2025. The Wardens and Deputy Wardens, Superintending Engineer as well as the Estate Officer are requested to do the needful.

Notification for Hostel accommodation follows for the newly admitted students.
