The following is the Provisional Integrated Merit/Rank List of students who have appeared in the entrance test conducted by Gauhati University for pursuing the Four-Years B. Tech (Biotechnology) Programme for the session 2025-26 in the Department of Bioengineering and Technology, G.U.

• Eligible applicants must report to the admission desk at the specified time and venue, accompanied by a printed copy of the application form submitted on the SAMARTH portal, along with all original documents.
• All allotments are Provisional and subject to fulfillment of all conditions as per Gauhati University (GU) rules. The decision of the Admission Committee shall be final.
• The payment link on the SAMARTH portal will be activated only for candidates found eligible after document verification.
• Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Assam is mandatory for all candidates at the time of counselling.
• For OBC/MOBC candidates, the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate is compulsory.
• Applications for withdrawal of seats or refund of fees will be processed as per the rules and regulations of Gauhati University.
• Anti-Ragging Declaration: Prospective candidates are directed to attend the Department, G.U. with their original along with the ANTI-RAGGING undertakings as instructed in the http://www.antiragging.in/ on the date and time mentioned above, failing which their seats may be forfeited.

Fee Amount: The amount of the fee to be paid at the time of admission: Rs. 28,980/- + Counselling fee: Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable)

1. This list is for immediate reference only. In case of any mistake that might have crept into it, the University reserves the right to modify or cancel this list as and when necessary if required.
2. Merely appearing in the Entrance Test and Group discussion do not confer any right to the candidate for admission to the programme.
3. Candidates are required to bring the following on the date of admission:
   • a) Hard Copy of Online Admission Application form.
   • b) Originals of all the required certificates and mark sheets
   • c) Self-attested photostat copies of all the required certificates and mark sheets.
