Physical verification of documents 2025 (Standalone mode)

Immediate Physical verification of documents is mandatory for Admitted Candidates (Standalone mode) on 04.11.2025 and 06.11.2025 from 11 a.m - 3 p.m.

Mandatory Original Documents for Verification:

• Print out of System Generated Application
• Admission Payment Receipt
• System Generated Provisional Admission Certificate
• 10+2 level Mark sheet
• Age Proof Certificate (Admit Card/Birth Certificate etc)
• SC/ST/OBC Certificate, if applicable
• PwD Certificate, if applicable
• EWS Certificate, if applicable
• AADHAAR
• ABC ID if available
• Registration Certificate, if applicable
• Migration certificate, if applicable

Documents to be Submitted:

• Print out of System Generated Application
• Admission Payment Receipt
• Provisional admission confirmation certificate generated from the portal
• Self-attested photocopy of AADHAR card
• Self-attested photocopy of Age Proof Certificate (Admit Card/Birth Certificate etc for age verification)
• Self-attested photocopy of 10+2 Board Exam Marksheet
• Self-attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate of West Bengal (in the name of the applicant)
• Self-attested photocopy of EWS certificate for EWS candidates (if the case may be)
• Self-attested photocopy of the PwD Certificate, if applicable
• ABC ID, if applicable
• Self-attested photocopy of the Migration Certificate, if applicable
• Self-attested photocopy of the Registration Certificate, if applicable
• Anti-ragging Declaration duly signed by the student
