On-Line Applications are invited from the eligible candidates of Kashmir Division (except for OSJ/FN/NRI/NRI Sponsored) who have passed their qualifying examination from University of Kashmir for admission to Two Year B.Ed. Programme, Session 2025 - 27 at Department of Education, Main and South Campus, University of Kashmir respectively. The candidates possessing Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3 pattern) with at least 50% Marks for (General Category) and 45% Marks for (Reserved Category) either in the Bachelor's Degree and / or in the Master's Degree in Sciences / Social Sciences / Humanity or Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto from University of Kashmir or any other recognized University are eligible for admission to the programme. The Graduate teachers under 10+2+2 scheme with minimum two years teaching experience in Government/Government-recognized private schools are also eligible to apply for the above Programme.

Furthermore, candidates having appeared / appearing in the qualifying examination (Bachelors) can also apply provisionally on their own risk and responsibility, subject to the condition that these candidates are fulfilling all the eligibility conditions including acquiring minimum required percentage of marks by or before 30th Jul, 2025.

  • Last date for Submission of Online Application Form: 25th July, 2025

  • On-line submission and last date for Application Forms including deposition of fee is from 04/07/2025 to 14/07/2025.
  • All dates notified are final and no extension shall be granted.

Submission of On-Line Application Forms:
The candidates are advised to follow the following steps for filling their On-Line Application Forms.
  • Step-1: Visit http://www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.Kashmiruniversity.ac.in and click on Link B.Ed. Application Form, Deptt. of Education (Main and South Campus). Read important instructions for Registration and Submission of form carefully before proceeding further.
  • Step-2: Candidate needs to register himself / herself before submitting the Online Application form. For Registration with the System, Click on the "Register as Student" Remember the Username and Password for future reference.
  • Step-3: After successful Registration, login into the system for submitting On-line Application Form. Enter your "Registration No." and click "Next".
  • Step-4: Enter the required details and upload your latest passport size Photograph and click "Next".
  • Step-5: If there is any variation click on "Previous" button, make necessary corrections and then click "Submit". Get a printout of the form and note the form No. for future reference.
  • Step-6: Upload your Original
    (i) 1st, 2nd & 3rd year marks certificates of graduation
    (ii) P.G marks certificate/s, in case of P.G Candidates
    (iii) Domicile Certificate with valid address proof
    (iv) Valid Category certificate, if any, issued by the respective competent authority. (Combine all files)
  • Step-7: Applicant can view the application details by providing username and password. Applicant is required to make sure that "Application Status" on application form is "Accepted" after 3rd day otherwise application will be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected.
  • Step-8: Deposit an amount of Rs. 750/- as application and IT fee through Online mode (Non-refundable).
  • Step-9: Candidates in their own interest are advised to apply & submit application promptly and not to wait till the last date / time for applying online. CDC shall not be responsible if candidates are not able to submit their applications on account of the last minute rush. Please retain print out of application form for future references.

Additional information:
  • The candidates must check the status of their application form after three days from the date of submitting the application form. In case, acceptance of Form is not uploaded, the candidate should contact the concerned J&K Bank, Branch and Dean College Development Council office immediately;
  • Application forms incomplete, in any respect, shall not be processed for admission;
  • The candidates seeking admission under any Reserved Category shall be confirmed subject to the genuineness of the category certificates;
  • The admission to the course shall be strictly governed by the guidelines of NCTE / Admission Policy-2025, UoK in vogue. The admission policy-2025 is available on the university website and on https://deancdc@uok.edu.in.
