Notice for Document Verification for PG Programme 2025

It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned aspirants who were called for physical document verification and admission on 08.07.2025 that the Central University of Odisha shall provide an additional and final opportunity to complete the said process. This decision has been taken due to continuous heavy rainfall and the subsequent cancellation of several train services, which prevented many candidates from reaching the University on the scheduled date. In view of these unavoidable weather-related disruptions, the University has decided to extend the deadline for physical document verification and admission.

All such candidates are advised to appear for the document verification and admission process on or before 17.07.2025 (by 1.00 PM) at the Central University of Odisha. This will be treated as the final opportunity for admission under the current admission cycle. Candidates are further advised, in their own interest, to contact the concerned Head of the Department prior to reporting to the campus. It is also informed that the Second Merit List/Waiting List will be published on 18.07.2025 (Tentative). All concerned candidates are requested to adhere strictly to the revised schedule and follow the instructions as notified.
