Procedure for Admission to Ph.D. Programme 2024

All the students who have been provisionally declared qualified for admission to the Ph.D. Programme 2024, as per the result published on the website ppup.ac.in on 18.10.2025, in accordance with the Common Ordinance and Regulations for the award of the Ph.D. degree (Memo No. BSU-05/2010-2684/GS (I) dated 21.09.2017, amended vide BSU (Regulation) 05/2010-2685/GS (I) dated 26.10.2018), are hereby informed/considered eligible for further admission procedures.

You are directed to follow the procedure as laid down hereunder for getting yourself enrolled to the Ph.D. Course:

1. Required Documents

• The candidate must bring the Score Card, Application Form, Admit Card, Interview Call Letter, Matriculation, Intermediate, and Graduation Certificates; P.G. mark sheet; Category Certificate; Residential Certificate; Certificate of Non-Creamy Layer; and other certificates related to claims for reservation or exemption (such as NET/JRF/PAT-2021 or other fellowships, etc.) in original, along with a self-attested copy of each, at the time of verification for admission.

2. Verification Process

• Failure to appear in the Verification process on schedule date the candidature will not be considered for admission.

3. No TA/DA

• No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for the purpose.

4. Venue

• Gandhi Sabhagar, University Campus, Patliputra University, Patna.
