Madhya Pradesh Open School Education Board has declared the results of the matriculation (class 10) Ruk Jana Nahi on its official website, the link for which is mpsos.nic.in.

Earlier, the class 10 board examination was conducted in the state of Madhya Pradesh between March 2 and March 29.

And, the results were declared on May 16.

How to check the results:

• Log on to the official website of the board, mpsos.nic.in
• Click on the link "High School (10th) Exam Result 2016"
• Further, Select your Exam
• Enter your Roll Number or Open School (OS) Roll Number
• Click to Log in
• The results will be displayed.

All the candidates are advised to take a printout of the same for future reference

According to an HT report, the state education minister Deepak Joshi said, "The board has launched the programme so that the unsuccessful students do not lose a year. They will get an opportunity to appear in the exam. The greatest advantage is that students will have to appear only in those subjects in which they have failed. The marks of the Open Board will be incorporated in their board exam marks."

The MP State Open School has study centres located in all districts of the state.

This scheme gives candidates as many as 9 consecutive tries to clear a particular paper. The candidates have to pass all 5 subjects they have registered for, in order to obtain the certificate of passing from the board.
