The undersigned is to notify all the above mentioned concerned that the application for online Tatkal Post Publication Scrutiny (PPS) and Tatkal Post Publication Review (PPR) of answer scripts of H.S. Examination, 2024 will be accepted from 10.05.2024 at and from 2.00 p.m. to 13.05.2024 midnight and that the application for normal PPS/PPR will be accepted from 10.05.2024 at and from 2.00 p.m. to 25.05.2024 midnight through online portal: https://wbchseapp.wb.gov.in/porta/dashboard_student of the Council.

Candidates of H.S. Examination, 2024 may apply for PPS/PPR of their answer scripts within the mentioned duration. Rules & user manual of PPSPPR are attached herewith for ready reference.

In this context, the students & guardians are advised not to apply for PPS / PPR and certified copy as per the RTI Act, 2005 simultaneously for the same answer script(s) before publication of result of PPS / PPR since this might lead to complication and delay in publication of result of PPS / PPR.

Rules for Post Publication Scrutiny (PPS) / Post Publication Review (PPR)
of the answer script(s) of Hisher Secondary Examination, 2024

  • A candidate who has appeared in the Higher Secondary Examination, 2024 may apply for
    • Normal PPS / PPR of his / her answer script(s) from 10.05.2024 at & from 2:00 p.m. to25.05.2024 midnight along with the requisite fee.
    • Tatkal PPS / PPR of his / her answer script(s) from 10.05.2024 at & from 2:00 p.m. to 13.05.2024 midnight along with the requisite fee.
    • For both the option (a) and (b) above, the candidates have to first register with the student's portal before applying for PPS / PPR by visiting the website: https://wbchseapp.wb.gov.in/portal/dashboard student
  • A candidate needs to provide an undertaking while applying for PPS / PPR on the application portal that his / her PPS / PPR application will not be processed, if he / she has applied for certified copy of answer script(s) as per RTI Act, 2005 before publication of his / her PPS / PPR result and in such case(s), he / she will be provided the certified copy of the answer script(s) as per the RTI application.
  • Application for PPS / PPR of answer scripts through online mode will only be accepted. No other option for submission of application will be entertained.
  • Candidates will have to write the Roll No and Mark Sheet No of H.S. Examination, 2024 for submission of online application.
  • Application fees for -
    • Normal PPS is Rs. 150/- per subject and for Normal PPR is Rs. 200/- per subject.
    • Tatkal PPS is Rs. 600/- per subject and for Tatkal PPR is Rs. 800/- per subject.
  • Application for PPWPPS shall be restricted to theoretical papers only provided that the candidate appeared in H.S. Examination,2024 in the relevant subject(s) without any report of malpractice or misconduct.
  • Applicant may seek PPS in all subjects, but for PPR in maximum 02 subjects.
  • Application for PPR will only be allowed for the subject(s) in which PPS is not sought for.
  • An incomplete or incorrect application for PPR / PPS shall summarily be rejected by the Council and no enquiry or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
  • No application for PPR / PPS shall be entertained beyond the specified period mentioned above under any circumstances.
  • Institutior / candidate may see the result of PPS/PPR on the Council's website after publication. The revised marks sheet / certificate (if any) has to be collected from the concemed Regional Office of the Council by the school / candidate by surrendering the previous mark sheet / certificate. The institutions will have to maintain the records of such revised marks sheet / certificate of the students.
  • The result of Normal PPS / PPR may be declared within 0l month from the cutoff date of submission of application. However, the result of Tatkal PPS / PPR will be published within 07 days from the date of receipt of online application, failing which, the excess amount of fees deposited (: Tatkal Fees - Normal Fees) by the candidate will be refunded in favour of the candidate, if applied for.
  • Candidates shall have to accept the result of PPS / PPR, as the case may be.
  • Any matter which is not described herein, to be solely decided by the Council and the decision of the Council will be the final.
