Online Application Submission Instructions and Guidelines For
MSc in Mathematics 2014 - 2015

• • First read carefully the Information Brochure
  • Click for fresh application form in the home page and fill up it as per the information required and then submit. After submission of the online application, the system will generate a printable version of the filled out application form (pdf file, 1 page) and a printable bank challan (pdf file, 1 page) having 3 parts called `Bank copy', `College copy' and `Applicant's copy' . Although you can retrieve these files later. We recommend that you save both files(Formprint, Challanprint) in a separate disk.
  • Take a print out of the bank challan, carry it to any core banking branch of “CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA ” and pay the processing fee of Rs. 525/= (Rupees Five Hundred and Twenty five only). The bank will write down a "Journal Number" on all three parts of the challan and return both College copy and Applicant's copy to you as a receipt against your payment. Make sure that it is stamped and signed by the bank with the Journal Number duly entered. Please retain the receipt of Applicant’s copy until the end of the admission process and handover the receipt of College copy to the invigilator in the examination hall. After getting Journal Number from bank you again open home page and click Entry of the Payment Details after paying the fees in the bank to enter your Journal Number online. It will complete online submission. You can check your payment status on clicking Retrieve your form and challan.

  If you have submitted an application with erroneous data please fill out a fresh application and submit again. Pay your processing fee with the challan generated from the fresh application. Your application will be validated only after you have paid the processing fee. No requests for manual correction will be entertained at any stage.
