THE FOLLOWING APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ASSEMBLE FOR COUNSELLING AT THE TIME AND VENUE MENTIONED BELOW:-

REPORTING TIME : 10:30 a.m. , 03 JULY, 2012	VENUE : ROOM NO. 05
FEE TO BE PAID : Rs. 4020/- in Cash Only	NO. OF SEATS : 4

* Door closes and admission starts at 11.00 am.

* Candidate must be accompanied by his/her parent/responsible relative (if parent not available) at the time of admission.

* Seats are filled up based on merit from among those who report for counselling at the time shown above.

* Admission stands cancelled on non-payment of the required fee, latest by 3.00 pm on admission day..

* Those who reported, but failed to get admission, and late-comers till 3.00 pm on the admission day, will be considered for next phase, based on merit.

* For an updated list of vacancies in various subjects, please visit the college website.

* Those who fail to report for counselling will not be considered for admission later.

5	SC/ST Certificate of the applicant with photo-identity (if applicable): Original & Attested Copy.
6	Physical Disability Certificate (if applicable): Original & attested copy
7	Baptism/Confirmation Certificate (For Christian Candidates): Original & Attested Copy
8	Membership Certificate from the Parish Priest (For Christian Candidates): Original & Attested copy
9	Two copies of recent photograph. (passport size)

With History Index = 30% of aggregate + 70% of Marks in History.
Without History Index =30% of aggregate + 70% in English/Bengali(Whichever is higher)
