The University of Madras has declared the results of the undergraduate, postgraduate and professional degree examination today, July 29th, 2016.

The candidates who appeared for the exam can check the result on the official website, results.unom.ac.in.

The examination was conducted by the university in July at various centres across the state.

The University imparts both undergraduate and postgraduate education through the affiliated institutions which are spread over the districts of Chennai, Thiruvallur and Kancheepuram.

How to check the results:

• Log on to the official website
• Click on the Results Section
• Further, click on the link displaying 'UG/PG/Professional Degree instant examination results-July 2016'
• Enter the required details such as Registration Number and Date of Birth
• Click on 'Get Marks'
• The result will appear
• All the candidates are requested to take a printout of same.
