Provisional Merit List of the candidates for Counseling/Admission to 1st year B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. / B.Sc. (Hort.) Hons. courses under Physically Handicapped quota for the session 2015-16 for Mohanpur & Bardhaman Campus. The following candidates are hereby directed to be present on the date time & venue for counseling, failing which their candidature will be treated as cancelled.

Candidates are hereby directed to produce the following documents (IN ORIGINAL) at the time of Admission for necessary verification.

• H.S. (10+2) Mark-sheet & Age-proof certificate (Madhyamik admit card).
• Medical Certificate (not more than 6 months old) from proper authority for Physically Handicapped Persons along with CERTIFICATE FROM AN OPTHOMOLOGIST to rule out Refractive Errors & Colour blindness.
• Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Chairman, Municipality/Pradhan, Gram Panchayat /B.D.O./ S.D.O.).
• Voter’s Identity Card issued by the Election Commission in favour of the candidate or his parent (if any).
• Blood Electrophoresis (Thalassaemia) test report.
• 2 (two) copies of recent colour passport size photograph.
• Rs. 4,500/- in Cash (Admission Fees).
