Notice Regarding Physical Verification of Documents for UG Admission 2025

This is to inform all concerned that the Physical Verification of provisionally admitted candidates (in STANDALONE MODE as per Notice No. Adm-05/25-26, dated 10.10.2025 published on college portal www.apcrgc.org ) in the B.A. /B.Sc. 4-YEAR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM with SINGLE MAJOR SINGLE MINOR, following the New Curriculum and Credit Framework for the academic session 2025-2026, will be commenced at A.P.C. Roy Govt. College as per the Government order (Vide order no. 710- Edn(CS)/10M-95/14, Dated 25.09.2025)maintaining the following schedule:

Students are directed to be present on the College campus by 11:00 a.m. with the following documents (original & photocopy) for verification.

System generated application form
Admit Card of class 10 examination or Birth Certificate as age proof document.
Mark sheet & certificate of H.S or Equivalent Examination.
In case of SC, ST, EWS, OBC and PWD candidates Caste/PWD Certificate from appropriate authority as per Govt. of West Bengal Rule. EWS candidates must furnish their EWS certificate issued on or after 01.04.2023.
Last admission payment receipt.
Passport sized colored photograph (2 copies).
Aadhaar card and ABC ID, if applicable
Admission cancellation certificate/letter from previous college, if applicable.
Migration Certificate, if applicable.
Antiragging declaration duly signed by the student (nearest Police station is Matigara. See other college detail on www.apcrgc.org ) Go to (https://www.antiragging.in/affidavit_affiliated_form.php ) to fill the antiragging form
