UG Document Verification Notice 2025

In reference to No. 617-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14, dated 22.08.2025, issued by the Government of West Bengal, Department of Higher Education, it is hereby notified that in connection with the Centralized Online UG Admission Process, all students who have taken provisional admission to various undergraduate programmes (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) at Bhairab Ganguly College for the Academic Session 2025-2026 are required to appear for physical verification of their documents as per the schedule mentioned below:

Schedule of Physical Verification of Admitted Candidates:

Dates: 23.08.2025, 24.08.2025 (SUNDAY), 25.08.2025 to 27.08.2025

Reporting Time: 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
Verification Process: 12:00 Noon to 5:00 P.M.
Venue: Room No. 212 (First Floor) & Alapan (College Auditorium)

Note: Candidates are requested to attend either in person or through their authorised representatives at the Institute /College at the time of final admission, failing which their candidature is liable to be cancelled.

Documents Required for Verification of Provisional Admission:

• Two Copies of the Provisional Admission Certificate (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Centralized UG Admission Portal)
• Two Copies of the Online Application Form (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Centralized UG Admission Portal)
• Two Copies of the Receipt of Successful Online Payment (can be downloaded from the candidate’s dashboard on the Centralized UG Admission Portal)
• Class 10 & 10+2 Marksheets and Certificates (Self-Attested)
• Age Proof (Self-Attested)
• SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS Certificate if applicable (Self-Attested)
• Identity Proof Document (Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter Card) preferably the one uploaded on the Centralized UG Admission Portal (Self-Attested)
• Anti-ragging Affidavit (will be provided by the college)
