Indira Gandhi University: Admission Notice for admission to various programmes in UTDs Phase II

Online/Offline applications are invited for admission to the following programmes being run in UTDs under Phase-II of admission process.

The Schedule is as Under:

2.	The candidates who did not submit the hard copy in the respective department may submit the hard copy of application form along-with documents	29.07.2025 (upto 11:30 a.m.)
2.	Physical presence and attendance in the respective department	29.07.2025 (upto 11:30 a.m.)
3.	Display of merit list	29.07.2025 upto 01:00 p.m.
4.	Documents verification and fee submission	29.07.2025 (01:00 p.m. onwards)
5.	Application Processing Fee
	For General Category Candidate	Rs. 1200/-
	Foe SC/BC (non-creamy layer) & Differently-abled candidates of Haryana	Rs. 300/-

Note:

The candidates shall mark their attendance up to 11:30 a.m. on 29.07.2025 during physical presence in the department.
The merit list will be prepared only considering the candidates who shall mark their attendance before 11:30 a.m. on 29.07.2025.
First the seats will be offered to the candidates of their respective category.
If the eligible candidates are not available, then the remaining seats shall be automatically converted into Haryana Open General Category and shall be filled-up accordingly.
If the eligible candidates of HOGC are not available, then the seats shall be converted into AIO and shall be filled-up accordingly.
The candidates who have applied in above mentioned programmes during the Phase - I (2025-26) but could not get admission may also participate by submitting the hardcopy with documents and appearing in the counseling as per above mentioned schedule.

List of Original & 02 set of self attested photocopy of documents required at the time of Counseling:

Copy of marksheets
Migration Certificate
Character Certificate from the last attended institution.
06 Passport size photograph
NSS Merit Certificate for weightage, if applicable.
Bonafide Resident of Haryana Certificate, if applicable.
Reserved Category Certificate, if applicable.
Latest Income Certificate for claiming benefits under various categories viz. EWS/SC/BC etc.
Gap Year Undertaking/Affidavit, if applicable
