FIRST LIST OF CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION
Note: Appearing candidates are required to submit mark sheet of their Final Examination as a proof of completion of Graduation pending which their admission will be treated as provisional one.

Offer Letter for Admission:

The selected candidates are requested to collect their offer letters from MBA (Financial Management) Office, Hardinge Building, 2nd Floor, University of Calcutta, College Street, Kolkata 700073 on the working days (Monday to Friday) between 11:30 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. along with all original documents [10/11/2025 to 14/11/2025].

Admission will be provisional subject to fulfillment of all terms and conditions as per University rules and submission of necessary documents in original.

Admission Checklist

The candidates are requested to physically contact the MBA (FM) office in person to process their admission related formalities, Monday to Friday (Between 11.30 AM to 4.00 PM.) latest by 14.11.2025 (Friday) (Last Date for Admission).
The candidate with (APPEARING) written beside his/her name will be provisionally admitted now against ban undertaking and will finally be admitted only after submitting his/her FINAL MARKSHEET indicating that he/she has qualified. In all circumstances his/her final result should be submitted before his/her Semester I Examination Form fill-up.
Attested Photocopy of all documents and caste certificates (Domicile) (wherever applicable) are to be brought during admission.
Two (2) copy of recent colour passport size photo (Front face, white background, wearing light-coloured clothes, No coloured spectacles and Photo Not more than TWO-month-old to be brought during admission.
Original Copy of AADHAAR card to be brought and one photocopy to be submitted.
Equivalence Certificate and Migration Certificate to be submitted wherever applicable.
Candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage of admission process if the documents submitted are not found in order.
No refund will be granted if the student wants to discontinue in the middle of the programme.
Candidates will have to pay the following fees while taking admission.
The fees are to be paid in Demand Draft or ONLINE through NEFT/IMPS/RTGS in the account as detailed below before admission and print out of payment to be carried.

Amount to be paid during Admission: Rs. 90,000/- [Rs. 80,000/- (Rs. 40,000/- × 2) for First Year (Two Semesters) + Rs. 10,000/- (Caution Deposit)].
