Notice for Spot Admission in UG Programme 2025
Central University of South Bihar is going to conduct SPOT ADMISSION on
26.09.2025 to fill up the vacant seats under SC and ST categories in the following
Undergraduate Programmes.
Desirous candidates belonging to SC / ST categories, whether they appeared in CUET
(UG) –2025 or not, and who fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed for the
respective programmes (Annexure–I), may report in person for admission at the CUSB
Campus, Gaya on 26th September, 2025. Admission to these categories shall be made on the
basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the 10+2 examination.
The programme-wise vacancy position and schedule of SPOT ADMISSION are
appended below:

The above status of the vacant seats is as on date. If any cancellation is received from
the admitted students till the scheduled date of SPOT ADMISSION, such seats may be included
in the list of vacant seats and the admission may be made against them through SPOT
ADMISSION
The merit list will be drawn from amongst the candidates who will report physically for
SPOT ADMISSION on the scheduled dates by 12:30 pm on the basis of their percentage
(%) of marks obtained in 10+2 examination. The merit list will be prepared on the
percentage of marks from among the candidates who physically report, including both
registered & unregistered candidates on the SAMARTH Portal.
The list of eligible candidates for admission will be announced at 2:00 pm on the same
day.
Candidates offered admission must complete the admission process, including payment
of the fee, by 3:30 PM on the same day. Unregistered candidates shall also be required to pay
the Registration Fee of Rs. 200/- (SC/ST) along with the full programme fee as per Annexure–II. Failure to complete the admission process within the stipulated time will result in
cancellation of the offer, and the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in order of merit.
On failure to complete the admission process including the payment of fee by the
stipulated time, the offer of admission shall be cancelled and the seat will be automatically
allotted to the next candidate in order of merit
Candidates desirous to participate in SPOT ADMISSION to be held on 26thSeptember, 2025 shall fill-up the ‘Spot Admission Application Form’ enclosed with this notice
and send it through e-mail at spotadmission@cusb.ac.in by 25.09.2025.
The candidates must bring the following original documents alongwith one set of selfattested photocopy for admission:
