2. 12^th Marksheet and Admit Card: 2 Set Photocopy
3. Mark sheet of Graduation: 2 Set Photocopy
4. College/School Leaving Certificate: Original
5. Character Certificate: Original
6. Migration Certificate: Original
7. Valid Income and Caste Certificate for Reserved category: 2 Set copy
8. BPL Certificate issued by Competent Authority:
9. Passport Size Photograph: Three
10. Button File: One

Note: Students are requested to come along with their Parents/Natural Guardian for purpose of Admission in the University Department of URDU, from 29-08-2025 to 10-09-2025, at the Department from 12:00 pm to 03:00 pm.
Last Date for Admission is 10^th of September 2025 for First Selection List.
