Two Year P.G. Diploma Course in Counselling and Stress Management 2025-26

Applications are invited for admission to the Two-year P.G. Diploma Course on Counselling and Stress Management to commence from 13^th February, 2026 under the Centre for Counselling Services and Studies in Self-Development, Jadavpur University for the session: 2025–26.

Eligibility:

A candidate must have a completed Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University/Institution.

Number of seats:

50. The course will not commence if fewer than 20 students are selected and take admission. Reservations for ST/SC/OBC and others: As per Govt. Rules.

Selection Criteria:

Written test and Interview.

Admission Fees:

Rs. 36,000/- + 6,480/- (GST) = 42,480/- (Forty two thousand four hundred eighty only) (one time consolidated at the time of admission).

Class Schedule:

Regular classes will be held from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Some classes will be held outside this schedule.

Application forms will be available from the Information Centre of the university (Near Gate No. 2) and to be submitted at the Centre (2^nd Floor of DARSHAN BHAVAN, Near OAT, Jadavpur University).

Last Date for the submission of forms: 06.01.2026

• Date of Written Test: 9^th January, 2026 from 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. at the Centre (DARSHAN BHAVAN)

List of candidates who qualify in the written test will be published on: 16^th January, 2026

Date of Interview for those who qualify in the written test: 16^th – 17^th January, 2026 at 5.30 p.m.

Publication of list for provisionally selected candidates: 22^nd January, 2026

• Date of Admission: 22^nd January – 3^rd February, 2026

Date of Admission of waiting list Candidates (if required): 5^th February, 2026
