Please bring the following documents along with the original for verification:

1. Application form
2. 10th Marksheet (for date of birth verification). (2 Set Photocopy)
3. Graduation Marksheet (2 Set Photocopy)
4. College Leaving/Transfer Certificate (Original)
5. Character Certificate (Original)
6. Migration Certificate (Original)
7. Valid Income and Caste Certificate for the Reserved category
8. 3 (Three) Passport Size Photographs
9. 1 (One) Button file

Note:

1. Students must accompany their Parents/Natural guardians for Admission to the Department of Physics (11:00 AM–2:30 PM).
2. The last date for admission is 10/09/2025 from the first selection list.
3. If an applicant fails to appear in document verification till the last date, his/her candidature will not be considered.
