ADMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT
FOR
B. TECH. AND B. DES. PROGRAMS (NE QUOTA) THROUGH JEE(MAINS)
(Academic year 2025-26)
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the B. Tech.
and B. Des. program (NE Quota) through JEE(Mains) for the academic year 2025-26.

As per Directives of GoI, supernumerary seats are available in the following
categories:
-
Sports quota: The University reserved 5 seats with not more than one seat
per Department on supernumerary basis for the candidates with medals
in National/International sports events. However, they will have to
satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria.

Defense quota: Up to 5% of the approved seats are reserved for the
widows/wards/ wives of Armed Forces personnel and Ex-Servicemen as
per the priorities set by GoI.

https://www.tezu.ernet.in/academic/admission2025/ by paying the Application
cum counselling fee @ Rs. 1000/- per candidate (Rs. 500/- for SC, ST, EWS and
PWD candidates).
