Notification for admission against vacant or left over seats including Supernumerary Seats

It is notified for information of all concerned that the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor is pleased to approve the following schedule and guidelines for admission against the vacant/leftover seats including supernumerary seats in UG/PG programmes being run in UTDs:

1. In the UTDs where waiting list is available, the concerned department may call the candidate(s) for admission strictly as per merit list.

2. If there is no waiting list available or waiting list exhausted for the admission in any concerned UG/PG programme, the admissions will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Interested candidates are required to submit a duly filled hard copy of the application form, alongwith the prescribed fee and requisite documents to the concerned department. However, those candidates who had already applied earlier, need not to apply again and need not to pay application fee for admission in the concerned programme.
