On the basis of the counseling notification vide Memo No. Reg/0477 dated 06.05.2025 (For B.Ed. Special Education) & Memo No. Reg/0478 dated 06.05.2025 (For M.Ed. Special Education) and Mop-up counseling notification (1st Phase) vide Memo No. Reg/0981 dated 11.08.2025; it is found that some seats under different categories remain vacant after the 1st Phase of Mop-UP counseling as in the following table:

Candidates who were enlisted in the provisional overall merit list but could not appear for the counseling may attend the
mop up round of counseling (2nd Phase) cum spot admission process and the allotment of seats will be made strictly in order of rank and subject to the availability of seats in respective Learner Support Centre for the respective course and category.
For B.Ed. Special Education (IDD/HI/VI)-ODL: Rs. 40, 000/- for the total Course Fees and for M.Ed. Special Education (IDD/HI/)-ODL: Rs. 40,000/- as first installment of course fees shall be deposited in Bank Draft (drawn in favour of Netaji Subhas Open University payable at Kolkata) or may be paid through POs machine or QR code (UPI/G-Pay etc) with help of Debit Card / Credit Card also at the time of counseling. (Draft will be received only after verification of candidature and also subject to the availability of seats. In the event of non-availability of seat, the drafts will not be accepted and the candidates are to cancel their drafts at their own cost).
At the time of Counseling the candidates must have to bring the followings:

Photo Identity Card which has already been uploaded. E.g. Voter Card/Aadhar Card/PanCard/Passport and 2 copies of PP Photograph.

Copy of downloaded Application Form as submitted.

Copy of the downloaded payment receipt (Rs. 500/-).

All the Original Mark-Sheets, Caste Certificate (for other than General Category) and Disability Certificate (if weightage claim) along with photocopies of all these documents.

Valid R.C.I. (Rehabilitation Council of India ) Registration Certificate (Mandatory for M.Ed. Special Education) Failure of producing all the documents stated above will automatically cancel the candidature.
