Open Counselling Schedule for BBALLB 2025
It is to notify for information of all concerned that Open Counseling for the BBALL.B. (5 Years Integrated Program) against vacant seats will be conducted on 17th July 2025. Thursday at the Sector 87 campus, Gurugram University, Gurugram.

The open counseling for the above-mentioned programme will be conducted against the vacant seats only.

The candidates who have submitted online application earlier and did not deposit the fee in the 1st and 2nd merit list can also participate in the open counselling.

All candidates are required to bring two copies of Application Form, self-attested photo copy of all documents along with all Original Certificates/Documents, Haryana Family ID and caste certificate.

No entry will be entertained after 12:00 PM for the Open Counseling. The merit list will be prepared only for those candidates who have reported on or before the 12:00 PM.

The admission to the programme will be based purely on academic merit of class XII marks.

Firstly, the merit list will be prepared of reserved candidates. In case seat remains vacant from the reserved category then it will be converted /offered to the General category candidates.

The selected candidate has to submit his/her annual fee on the spot through university samarth portal. Incase he/she is unable to make the fee payment, the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the merit list. No request will be entertained in this regard in any circumstances.
