Admission to PG (Regular) Programmes for the Academic Session 2025-2027

Online Application are invited for Admission in Post Graduate courses (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.) for session 2025-27 in the University Departments and in the Post Graduate Centres running in different Constituent Colleges of the Patliputra University, Patna starts from the 13/07/2025.

Fee for online application form for admission in PG courses is to be paid in online mode only. The fee structure is:
- for General, BC-I, BC-II/EWS students = Rs. 800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Only) and
- for SC and ST students = Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only).

Eligibility Criteria: PG Regular/Traditional courses M.A., M.Sc., M.Com.
- Passed the Bachelor Degree with 45% marks in respective Honours subject/Major subject/Core course.
- Passed the Bachelor Degree with 55% marks in Subsidiary/Pass course/Allied subjects.

Reservation Rules: As per the Reservation Rule of the Government of Bihar.

Selection Criteria: The merit list will be prepared for the regular courses on the basis of the marks obtained in respective Honours' subject/Major subjects if vacancy exists to be followed by subsidiary/pass course and lastly by the Allied subjexts.

If a candidate mentions his/her caste category/matks etc. falsely his/her application form will be rejected without refund of the application fee.
