In order to give effect to the order dated 28.07.2025 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India passed in SLP(C) No. 17422 of 2025 (State of West Bengal v Purabi Das & Ors.) and other connected matters and consequences arising therefrom, all PUBDET -2025 candidates are hereby given an opportunity to update their Social Category Details (prior to publication of results and document verification) from 03.08.2025, 04.08.2025 and 05.08.2025 [upto 11: 59 PM].
Candidates are hereby notified that they can update their social category details by clicking on the provided link which will be available in Board’s websites on and from 03.08.2025. Verification by the Presidency University will be held at the time of admission.
Any final decision will be subject to outcome of pending legal proceedings.
