U.G. (CBCS) Admission 2025-2029: Online Admission Process Instructions

Students seeking admission under the four-year U.G. (CBCS) session 2025-2029 are informed that for new admission under the second service, the online admission portal has been opened. Students whose names are not listed on the university admission portal even after applying online, or who want to edit/update their name, registered email, mobile number, or subject group, can now log in from 13 August 2025 to 18 August 2025 and make corrections.

Two types of admission situations are explained below for students:

Case-1: Students who want to reapply for admission due to submission errors or missed application

Instructions:

• Such students can reapply from 13 August 2025 to 18 August 2025 through the university website admission portal using their name, mobile number, and email. (Fresh Apply)
• They can upload scanned copies of necessary documents as per university guidelines.
• After applying, they must submit the admission fee and submit the application form printout along with relevant documents to the college.

Case-2: Students whose names were not listed due to incomplete application or incorrect details

Instructions:

• Such students can log in from 13 August 2025 to 18 August 2025 to edit or update their name, email, mobile number, or subject group on the online portal.
• Students must take a new printout of their updated application and submit it with related documents to their selected college.

U.G. (CBCS) Admission 2025-2029: Additional Cases and Solutions

If you face any issues, you may visit the help desk center located at the college for solutions. If problems persist without resolution, you will be considered outside the admission process.

Case-3: Students selected in the first or second merit list at the college but did not take admission for any reason

Solution:

• Such students must update their online admission application form between 13 August 2025 and 18 August 2025.
• If they do not update within the given time, it will be assumed that the student has taken admission elsewhere or is not interested in admission.

Case-4: Students not selected in any merit list at any college

Solution:

• Such students should first visit the university website to check the availability of vacant seats in subject groups at various colleges.
• They should carefully study the availability of reserved seats based on their category and caste in different colleges to get admission in a subject or college.
• Based on the availability, students may change their subject or college.

I.Sc. (Intermediate Science)

Students who applied for admission in Commerce or Arts streams but did not get selected in any merit list for Science stream should update their application by choosing the Science subject group.

I.Com. (Intermediate Commerce)

Students who applied for admission in Arts stream but could not get selected in any merit list should update their application by choosing the Commerce subject group instead of Arts.

I.A. (Intermediate Arts)

Students who applied for admission in the Arts stream but were not selected in any merit list are advised to update their application by selecting Commerce subjects instead of Arts subjects and reapply.

Note: All concerned students are requested to complete the necessary formalities on the specified dates to avoid missing the admission process.
