In connection to notice no. FC/ PG-D/11/25 dated 08/08/2025 and SFC/232/25 dated 25/08/2025 and as desired by the competent authority, the following schedule for admission to 2 year integrated Master of Library and Information Science (dual degree: B.Lib.I.Sc + M.Lib.I.Sc.), B.Ed. Special Education in Visual Impairment, B.Ed. Special Education in Hearing Impairment, Diploma in Tagore Literature and Post Graduate Diploma in Manuscriptology and Palaeography (PGDMP) programme under the Faculty of Arts in the session 2025-2026 is hereby notified for information to all concerned:

Tentative Schedule for Admission to B.Ed. Special Education in Visual Impairment, B.Ed. Special Education in Hearing Impairment, Diploma in Tagore Literature and Post Graduate Diploma in Manuscriptology and Palaeography (PGDMP):

• Publication of Master list (list of all applicants): 02/09/2025
• Rectification, if any anomalies found in the Master list, the candidates are strongly advised to rectify the anomalies through online portal by: 04/09/2025
• Publication of 1st Provisional Merit List: 08/09/2025
• Provisional Admission through online payment gateway on basis of the 1st Merit List: 09/09/2025 to 12/09/2025
• Confirmation of Admission at Faculty Office:
  B.Ed. Special Education (VI & HI) - 18/09/2025
  DTL and PGDMP - 19/09/2025

• Publication of Master list (list of all applicants): 02/09/2025
• Downloading the Admit Card for Admission Test: 04/09/2025
• Date of Written Test: 09/09/2025
• Publication of 1st Provisional Merit List in the RBU website: 11/09/2025
• Provisional Admission through Payment Gateway on the basis of 1st Merit List: 12/09/2025 to 14/09/2025
• Commencement of Classes: 16/09/2025
• Confirmation of Admission at Faculty: 22/09/2025
