Admission Fee Refund Notice 2025-26
Notification regarding Admission Fee Refund 2025-26
This is in reference to the UGC guidelines regarding the refund of fees on
cancellation of admission/migration of students for the academic session 2024-25.
Since the issuance of the guidelines for the academic session
2025-26 is awaited, similar guidelines for fee refund
of the academic session 2025-26,
Circular of 2024-25, No. F. 2-71/2022(CPP-II) (C-114546) dated 12th June, 2024
will be followed until the updated UGC circular is received.
Irrespective of any previously issued guidelines/prospectus/notifications/schedules,
a full refund of fees shall be applicable for all
cancellations of admissions/migrations of students up to
30th September, 2025 and with a deduction
of not more than Rs. 1000/- as a processing fee up to
31st October, 2025.
For any admission schedule that extends or commences beyond
31st October, 2025, the provisions contained
in the UGC Notification issued in October 2018 on Refund of fees and Non retention
of original certificates shall apply.
Any revisions in dates or terms will be notified upon the release of the
official UGC circular for 2025-26.
