UG Admission Schedule for the Academic Session 2025-26

Admission to Four-year Undergraduate Programmes (MGUUGP) will be in accordance with the guidelines of Mahatma Gandhi University based on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

All students who have successfully completed the qualifying examination (Plus two) are eligible to apply to the UG programmes ( BA Animation and Graphic Design Honours, BA English Honours, BBA Honours, BBA Honours with Bunsiness Analytics, BCA Honours, BCom Honours, BCom Honours with ACCA/CA/US-CMA/CPA/Bunsiness Analytics, BSW Honours ) offered by the institution as per MG University norms.

To apply for BCA Honours the candidates must have passed the Plus Two or an equivalent examination with any one of the following subjects : Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Accountancy, Accountancy with AFS, Accountancy with Computer Accounting, Accountancy with Computer Science or Informatics Practices.

Enrollment in a value-added course is a mandatory requirement for all students.

New applicants shall Register before proceeding further.

Enter the correct details in the form – Applicant Name, Mobile Number, WhatsApp Number, Email and Year of passing the qualifying examination.

The Username and Password for login will be sent to the applicant’s registered email upon submission of the above-mentioned details.

The Username (Registered Email) and Password should be noted down for all future references of the application.

A recent Passport size (35mm x 45mm) photograph. Image should be uploaded in jpeg format with a file size less than 1 MB. Selfies will not be accepted.

Softcopy of the signature. File size should be less than 1MB

Softcopy of the Mark lists of 10th and qualifying examination (12th) in pdf format.

Qualification
Upload 10th Marklist. ( Your application will only be partially complete once you save the 10th marklist. You can update your application with the rest of the details only after the plus two results are published)
Upload 12th Mark list. (Certificate of Qualifying Examination).

Final Submission
Final submission is possible, only when the plus two marks are entered. (i.e. after the results are published).
Once the “final ” is done, no further editing is permissible. After the successful submission of the application, you may download it from “Download” option on applicant dashboard.

Admission will be based on Merit (Plus two marks + Interview) and Eligibility criteria.

The interview may be conducted either online or offline.

The date and time of the interview will be communicated to the applicant’s registered email.

The applicant is required to attend the interview with a parent or guardian.

Personal notification of selection will be sent via email to the chosen candidates.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
*** As per the university norms it is mandatory for a student to register in the University CAP portal, once it opens, even if he/she has secured admission in the Management Quota.
The institution owns the right to reject an application that is incomplete or incorrect. Please be informed that the ignorance of application procedures will not be accepted as an excuse. Candidates should make sure that they enter all the details including the marks of the qualifying examination correctly in the online application form.
Fee for the online application form is Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable). Please make the payment online through the Payment Gateway options provided.
